Hello! We are Marinela and Nicu.
After 15 years living in France, we returned to Romania in 2018 with the desire to create IdealMaisonVert – a project that combines the values of the two cultures and offers real estate services with soul.
Our experience in construction and real estate, along with our openness to people from all corners of the world, helps us offer more than just rentals: we help people find a place that feels like home. For us, a real estate agency means connection, trust and support throughout the process.
Together we take care of the management of the agency, make strategic decisions and ensure that each owner and each client finds the right combination. From property management, to check-in, check-out and direct support on site – we are involved in every detail.
Our goal is clear: quality services, with professionalism, empathy and a welcoming atmosphere. We want every client to feel welcome, no matter where they come from.

Hi, I’m Mihaela!
If you write to us in English on WhatsApp or other channels, I’m most likely the one who answers you. I take care of everything related to organization: from payments, contracts, invoices and verbal processes, to our website and social media posts.
After living and traveling around the world, I returned to Bucharest and chose to be part of the IdealMaisonVert team. Why? Because I liked the atmosphere: a young, friendly team and a job that perfectly combines communication with organization – two things that I like and that define me.
