🇫🇷 🇷🇴Hello! We are Marinela and Nicu, and after living in France for 15 years, we decided to return to Romania in 2018 to create IdealMaisonVert. During our time in France, we fully embraced the French culture and gained extensive experience in the fields of construction and real estate.
🏡 Our mission with IdealMaisonVert is to merge the values of both France and Romania, while promoting the diversity of people coming to live in Romania. For us, a real estate agency is more than just a rental service; it’s about bringing people together, offering them a home that suits their needs, and guiding them through the entire process.
🌍 We have always been open-minded and passionate about travel, which has helped us broaden our perspective and better understand the needs of people from all walks of life. This approach is what we apply to our work every day.
🗣 Together, we manage the agency, make strategic decisions, and oversee operations. We also ensure that we connect the right property owners with the right clients, matching homes that meet their expectations.
🏠 In addition to managing some of our own properties, we support Sabrina and Mihaela in their roles, contacting clients, conducting check-ins and check-outs, and helping directly on-site with any issues regarding the apartments.

👋 Hey there! I'm Sabrina, originally from France 🇫🇷, where I studied law at La Sorbonne ⚖. Passionate about international experiences, I did an Erasmus in Ireland🇮🇪 and have been living in Romania for a year and a half.
🌍 Having lived in several different places, I’ve developed a true passion for diversity. I love interacting with people from various cultures, which makes my job incredibly rewarding. Every day, I get the chance to connect with people from all over the world, helping them feel comfortable and at home in Romania.
