We make the rental process simple and safe for students and international tenants. From property selection and viewings to contract signing and check-in, we guide you every step of the way and provide full support throughout your stay.
We start with a detailed discussion to understand your needs: budget, preferred area, length of stay, number of occupants, and whether you are coming to Bucharest for studies, work, or an internship.
Based on your requirements, we identify and propose available apartments that best match your profile and expectations.
Viewings can be arranged in person or via video call, allowing you to choose your apartment even before arriving in Romania.
We provide clear guidance on how renting works in Romania, including rent payments and utilities. When needed, we also communicate with parents. We speak Romanian, English, French, and Spanish.
Once all conditions are agreed upon, the rental contract is provided in Romanian–English or Romanian–French. After being signed by both parties, a security deposit is paid to secure the apartment.
Before your arrival in Romania, we share useful tips regarding transportation, payments, and daily life in Bucharest.
At check-in, a handover report is completed, noting the condition of the apartment and the utility meter readings. For shared apartments, check-in is done with the first person who arrives.
Throughout your stay, communication is handled via a WhatsApp group. For apartments managed by us, we take care of invoices and any issues that may arise, with the owner’s approval when costs are involved.
At departure, a check-out report is completed, the apartment condition is verified, and final utility meter readings are recorded. Check-out is done with the last person leaving the apartment.
The security deposit is returned within approximately 30 days, after all utility bills are received and settled, as utilities in Romania are billed with a delay.
