We provide owners with peace of mind and security through comprehensive rental and property management services. We verify tenants, handle communication, and, if desired, manage maintenance and billing—so you receive rent without any hassle.

We offer rental services for your apartment, while the owner handles further property management.

This service includes:

  • Identifying and selecting suitable tenants
  • Verifying tenants by requesting documents that confirm their activity in Romania (employment contract, school enrollment certificate, etc.)
  • Supporting communication with international tenants in case of language barriers

Rent is paid directly into the owner’s account.

All tenants are carefully verified for the owner’s security. We request official documents that confirm the tenant’s purpose of stay in Romania (studies, work, internship, etc.).

For owners who opt for full property management, we handle the daily operations after the owner grants us access.

Our services include:

  • Sending utility invoices to tenants
  • Assisting with correct utility payments
  • Managing tenant requests and issues
  • Coordinating repairs or interventions that involve costs, only with the owner’s prior approval

Whether the property is managed by us or not, we are present at both tenant check-in and check-out to complete handover reports, document the apartment condition, and record utility meter readings.

® For properties not managed by us, during busy periods with multiple simultaneous check-ins and check-outs, we may not be able to attend all entries and exits, but we provide communication support and coordination with tenants.

International tenants are often unfamiliar with how things work in Romania. We guide them step by step, including utility payments, to ensure the owner has minimal hassle.

In all cases, rent is paid directly to the owner, without intermediaries.
