We always try to adapt to your arrival schedule. For late check-ins, we have secure lockboxes where we can safely leave the keys so you can access the apartment easily at any time.

Are utilities included in the rent?
In most cases, utilities are not included in the displayed rent price, except for a few specific apartments. Utility costs are not fixed and depend on your monthly consumption.
However, we can always provide an estimated monthly cost based on the apartment’s previous utility history to help you better plan your budget.
Are the apartments equipped with kitchen utensils, pillows, blankets or towels?
Some apartments may include kitchen utensils, pillows or blankets, but this depends on each property. In Romania, it is not very common for rental apartments to come fully equipped with personal or kitchen items, as tenants usually buy or bring these themselves.
However, many apartments already have useful items left by previous tenants, and whenever possible, we also try to help students with basic kitchen equipment, especially in newly prepared apartments. Personal items such as towels are usually brought by the tenants themselves.
